About us
I have over 20 years experience working as a Psychologist with both adults and older adolescents. This has been across a range of settings including private practice, community and acute mental health, disability services and vocational and occupational rehabilitation. I have worked with a wide variety of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, PTSD and complex trauma, OCD, eating disorders, bipolar disorder, pain and disability related issues, and grief.
I also have extensive experience working with individuals with mental health concerns associated with or alongside neurodivergence including Autism and ADHD.
My approach is client centred and tailored to meet the needs and utilise the strengths of each individual.
Biography

My goal is to create a safe and non judgmental space to assist clients to explore their difficulties and promote healing. I have a strong belief in the therapeutic relationship and mindfulness as powerful tools in personal growth, changing unhelpful patterns and healing. I enjoy working with individuals to enhance their self belief, interpersonal connections, promote well being and ultimately live a life aligned with their values.
I have a special interest in working with people who have experienced trauma/s across the lifespan including those with and without neurodivergence.
My approach is honest and authentic. I am happy to challenge you to overcome blocks that might be in the way, always at your pace and holding a safe space.
In my free time I love being in nature, trail running, beach trips and spending time with my family, friends and dog.
